European Mounts
During hunting season, Athens Agway offers European mounts to help you preserve your trophy with a clean, detailed finish. We use dermestid beetles to carefully clean the skull, removing every trace of tissue while protecting the delicate bone structures that boiling can damage. The result is a higher-quality mount that keeps all the natural detail intact.
For an added custom look, we can also Cerakote the skull in-house or have the finished skull dipped with a pattern in the design of your choice.
| Pricing: | Deer (Natural): $100 | Deer (Whitened): $125 |
*Call for pricing on elk and predator mounts.
Cerakote Services
Cerakote is a durable ceramic coating that protects metal surfaces from rust, corrosion, and everyday wear while giving your equipment a clean, custom finish. Athens Agway offers professional Cerakote services for firearms and other metal parts.
It’s a popular choice for hunters and firearm owners who want added protection in the field, along with the option to customize the look of their firearm. Cerakote can also be applied to bike parts, automotive parts, and other metal objects– even your European mount.
